1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using CribSquareNG ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
CribSquareNG is a Nigerian real estate discovery platform that connects property seekers with real estate agents. The Platform provides property listings, agent profiles, direct messaging, and lead generation services. CribSquareNG is not a party to any rental, sale, or tenancy agreement between users and agents.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use CribSquareNG. One person may not maintain multiple accounts.
4. Agent Listings
Agents are responsible for the accuracy of their property listings. CribSquareNG reviews listings before they go live but does not independently verify all property details. CribSquareNG is not liable for inaccurate listing information provided by agents. Agents must not post fraudulent, misleading, or duplicate listings.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not: post false or misleading property information; use the Platform to conduct fraud or scams; scrape or reproduce Platform data without written permission; harass other users or agents; circumvent Platform security measures.
6. Intellectual Property
CribSquareNG and its logo are trademarks of CribSquareNG. Property photos uploaded by agents remain their property. By uploading content to the Platform, you grant CribSquareNG a non-exclusive licence to display that content on the Platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
CribSquareNG provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Platform, including losses resulting from property transactions facilitated through the Platform. Users transact with agents at their own risk.
8. Termination
CribSquareNG reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms. Users may delete their account at any time from account settings.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from use of the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
